Xavier Dones

CPT

Long before he became a coach, Xavier was the person who was always in motion. Whether it was basketball, football, volleyball, tennis, or snowboarding, he was drawn to the challenge of improving, competing, and discovering what he was capable of. Over time, that passion evolved into a deeper appreciation for how strength, movement, and training can improve not just performance, but the way people feel and show up in their everyday lives.

Driven by that curiosity, Xavier earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s degree in Strength & Conditioning. Today, he combines his academic background with a practical, relationship-driven coaching style to help clients build strength, improve mobility, and gain confidence in what their bodies can do.

Clients appreciate Xavier’s ability to challenge them while making training approachable and enjoyable. He believes fitness should enhance your life, not consume it, and is passionate about helping people become stronger, move better, and continue doing the things they love for years to come.
