Max Martin

CPT

Max learned early on that movement has the power to change how you feel — not just physically, but in your confidence, your energy, and the way you show up every day. That belief led him to pursue a degree in Applied Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition at the University of New England, where he also played four years of varsity football. His experience in both private strength coaching and clinical cardiac rehab gives him a grounded understanding of how to help people move well, stay safe, and build habits that last.

Max’s approach is simple: training should make life feel better. He has a calm, encouraging way of meeting people exactly where they are — whether rebuilding strength, chasing a new goal, or getting back into a routine. Outside the gym, he’s excited to explore Boston, catch games at Fenway, and continue his own goals of completing a marathon and eventually an Ironman. Clients appreciate his knowledge, humility, and genuine care — qualities that make him easy to trust from day one.
