Every person is unique and the number of times you meet with your personal trainer each week is largely based upon your goals, schedule, and budget. Because it takes time to develop a new routine and establish a foundation of fitness, we recommend that you meet with your personal trainer 2 to 3 times per week. After you’ve trained for a few months and you’ve learned the fundamental movement patterns, your personal trainer will discuss with you the best approach to keep you progressing forward.
