The Private Fitness Blueprint Session is a one-on-one consultation designed to help you gain clarity, set clear intentions, and establish a long-term plan for sustainable results.   Whether we meet in person at AUM Training Center or virtually via Zoom, the goal is the same: to understand you and design a training strategy that supports your body, your goals, and your long-term health.

During your session, you’ll meet privately with Coach Chris to discuss your history, assess how your body moves, and outline a personalized path forward — before committing to any program.
