SKYLER COBURN

Skyler first gained an interest in fitness as a kid and this interest grew into a passion that ultimately led him to get both undergraduate and graduate degrees in exercise kinesiology. His career began in a medical setting, where he helped patients with heart conditions to regain their health. Several years later, Skyler left the hospital to pursue one-on-one personal training and do what he loves most – helping everyday people get stronger, build confidence, and make the gym their “happy place.”

He specializes in resistance training, core strengthening, fat loss, and functional fitness. What makes his day is seeing his clients do things they didn’t think were possible. Skyler believes that when you feel healthy and strong, you excel in life. Regardless of whether you’re a complete beginner or more advanced, he can help you reach your next fitness goals in a fun, sustainable way.

Outside of personal training Boston, Skyler enjoys playing guitar, traveling, and watching funny movies with family and friends.
